Coating
Powder coating is a completely dry finishing process. Finely ground particles of pigment and resin are electrostatically charged and sprayed onto the products to be coated. The products themselves are electronically grounded, so that the charged particles adhere to them, until melted and fused into a solid uniform coating in a curing oven.

A powder coated finish makes products more durable, corrosion and heat resistant, scratch resistant, and long lasting, giving you more value for your money.

The range of colours and textures available is limited only by your imagination. We have many different types of powder in stock, and we can have custom colours and finishes manufactured for large orders.
Flexible
Powder paints are available in a wide variety of textures, gloss levels, and colours. Common formulations applied at our facility include: epoxy, hybrid, urethane and polyester. Powder coating can be applied to virtually any type of metal, in any size.
